Net Branch (Outside Reps):

This position is best-suited to an entrepreneuer that does not have the time, resources, and/or desire to build a company for scratch. They don't see the need to reinvent the wheel, or get tied down with logistics and admin -- they just want to make money!

This person's specialty is relationships, marketing, selling, and closing. Account Executive:

This position is tailored to those who have excellent interpersonal skills. An Account Executive chooses to focus almost exclusively on Wholesale clients, as opposed to Retail clients.

An Account Executive (AE's) may have acted in the same capacity for a Bank or Lender in recent years. With all of their mortgage broker contacts, they have an excellent platform for this approach to selling our service.

In general, AE's understand and prefer being paid smaller amounts on larger volumes, as opposed to larger amounts on smaller volume. As Retail Reps, our business is purely transactional. Sure, we can be well-paid only doing 10-15 files per month, but if we take a vacation or leave work to attend family functions and sporting events, our income takes a break too.

An Account Executive can be making money 24/7, regardless of what they may actually be doing at that time. This position is not easy money, but it can be incredibly rewarding both personally and financially, for those who fully comprehend the platform and benefits.

 
Broker/Wholesale:
If you have an existing company that is looking to add "Loan Modifications" to your list of products, then this arrangement will best suit you and your organization.
 
A broker/wholesale account operates under their own company name, marketing, website, etc. Once a complete file is submitted to our office, and accepted by the Attorney, a flat fee is retained. The Broker may charge whatever fee they like -- our flat fee remains the same.
 
Even under this arrangement, the Broker is not repsonsible to refund the fee to the client if the Loan Modification is not completed. There are no start-up costs, no minimums, no quotas, only higher commissions (via a reduced fee from LMC) as volume increases.

Of course, this isn't a complete list, a Referral Partner may be an individual or company that has nothing to do with financial services, such as daycare facility, a hair salon, or a mom-and-pop restaraunt. These businesses, or individuals, may have Homeowners in need every day, and figure this is a good way to earn some extra income...or perhaps, they see this as a way to keep their business out of the red, but increasing their clients' cash flow?
