If you have an existing company that is looking to add "Loan Modifications" to your list of products, then this arrangement will best suit you and your organization.

A broker/wholesale account operates under their own company name, marketing, website, etc. Once a complete file is submitted to our office, and accepted by the Attorney, a flat fee is retained. The Broker may charge whatever fee they like -- our flat fee remains the same.

Even under this arrangement, the Broker is not repsonsible to refund the fee to the client if the Loan Modification is not completed. There are no start-up costs, no minimums, no quotas, only higher commissions (via a reduced fee from LMC) as volume increases.

In some cases, this may be an ideal arrangement for a person or entity exiting the real estate/mortgage industry, where everything is in place to operate as a fully self-sufficient company.
